The Amazing Spiez tells the story of 3 brothers, Tony, Marc and Lee Clarck, and their sister Megan: 4 school kids who have been secretly selected by the World Organization of Human Protection - WOOHP to become international spies. Together, these young spies will have to juggle between the daily life of an average school going kid, and intense, realistic spy missions.

The spies find themselves fighting against a villain who can blend into the surroundings. Tony gets captured by the villain and the older ones have to save him from their unseen enemy. The chameleon villain soon plans to destroy WOOHP's Core so that no one can stop him in creating his chameleon army. In the b-story, Tami steals all of Megan's looks.
